In today’s episode, I have the pleasure of speaking to Sarah Hunter, an oral hygienist, discussing the oral changes some of us will experience during perimenopause. Sarah also talks candidly about her own experience of the menopause when she was thrust into surgical menopause, as a result of a hysterectomy.  To conclude, we discuss the many benefits Sarah has experienced, since giving up alcohol and I quote, ‘probably one of the hardest things, I have had to do, in my life’
